Service Plans for Generators in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area

Single (Yearly) Service: (you call to schedule)

$495.00 for 1 visit. Parts and Labor for Air Cooled units.
$895.00 for 1 visit. Parts and Labor for Liquid Cooled units.
This includes changing the oil, air and oil filters, and spark plugs.

2 Year Semi-Annual Service: (once paid, we "pre-scheduled" your appointments)

$1,295.00 for 4 visits. Parts and Labor for Air Cooled units.
$1,695.00 for 4 visits. Parts and Labor for Liquid Cooled units.
This includes changing the oil, air and oil filters, and spark plugs.

While the technician is servicing the generator, he will take a look at the rest of the parts to make sure there are no issues.

If he does find a problem, he will let you know and then proceed to see if it's a warranty claim or not. If it is not a warranty claim, the price for parts and labor will depend on the problem found. If so, we will file the warranty claim with Generac and get the part(s) ordered. Once the part(s) arrive, we will call you to schedule a day for repair.

*Batteries are excluded, unless it's within 12 months of installation.
